Statutory objective
Equipping existing churches (if possible) on the basis of the Christian faith in establishing intercultural congregations and supporting existing projects and performing all further actions that are related to the foregoing in the broadest sense or that can be conducive to this.

Reward policy
The board members receive no remuneration for their work. They are, however, entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred by them in the performance of their duties. In 2022, the ICP Netherlands Foundation had two directors, three employees and three volunteers with a volunteer allowance.
